The VIONiC series is Renishaw’s ultra-high accuracy, all-in-one digital incremental encoder for both linear and rotary applications. VIONiC combines all necessary interpolation and digital signal processing inside the readhead, with Sub-Divisional Error (SDE) as low as <±10 nm and resolutions down to 2.5 nm.

Available in two variants, the VIONiC and VIONiCplus™ readheads offer a wide range of configurations to optimise the speed and performance of your motion control systems.

An optional Advanced Diagnostic Tool (ADT) provides comprehensive feedback through an intuitive software interface.
